yes, Indian government prepare a new policy called  “encryption policy” .
according to this policy, user cant delete their whatsapp massages till 90 days.  You should save your massages till 90 days. Government can patrolling on whatsapp massages.



70million peoples are using whatsapp in indial till previous year. Among whatsapp , Google hangout and apple imassage also come in this purview. Ministry of Communications and information technology(sanchaar evam suchana praudhiki mantralay) prepares this policy. People are invited for the suggestions till 16 october . know 10 things about this.
1)   Indial or non indial service provider who are using encryption technology, have to deal with government  for this policy.
2) Many strictly unofficial groups are running on the whatsapp. This policy will also apply on this groups.
3) If google , apple or any other service provider will disagree for this policy, they will declared as illegal.
4) If you are deleting massages before 90 days then it is illegal. And if any government agency demand for massages, you should see them a plane text.
5) This policy will applying on business conversation also.
6) Government will decide which encryption product should be use. If any app using other encryption product then its illegal.
7) It is require to submit working copy of encription hardware or software in government agency.
8) In 2010 the government had said that he banned BBM(blackberry messenger service) in india. Then BBM had to do the similar deal with government.
9) Intelligence said that this policy is dangerous because hacker can easily access the encrypted massages . 
10) Many of us don’t know when our plane text massage being converted in encrypted massage.
